Labour Supervisor

We are looking for a professional Labour Supervisor/ Field Officer to join Venkatesh Industrial Services in Chimbhali, Chakan. This role involves managing labour, distribution, and looking out for new labours as well according to requirements. The position offers an in-hand salary of Rs 12,000/- to Rs 15,000/- in hand for initial six months which maybe increased after 6 months depending on performance and target fulfilment and further opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manager labours according to shifts.

• Arrange labours according to requirements.

• Completing the documentation part like form filling.

Job Requirements:

Freshers are welcomed, training will be provided. Should be able to read and write is the most basic requirement.
