Supervise and coordinate daily plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies.
Coordinate with different departments (procurement, quality control, maintenance, dispatch).
Monitor raw material consumption and minimize wastage.
Train, guide, and evaluate plant workers to enhance performance and efficiency.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on production, downtime, and resource utilization.
Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend improvements.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and work ethics among the workforce.
