Job Description

Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Faridabad (Pali Village)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in hiring and sourcing candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidates sourcing through job portals, social media, and references

Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews

Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates

Maintaining candidate database and records

Following up with selected candidates for joining

Handling basic HR coordination work

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment

Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile hiring apps

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

Local candidate preferred (near Pali Village)

Immediate joiners will be given priority
