We are looking for an experienced HR / Manpower Supervisor to manage bulk employees and ensure smooth day-to-day HR and workforce operations at manufacturing plants. The candidate will be responsible for employee attendance, shift management, biometric/punching issues, recruitment, employee grievance handling, workforce coordination, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct bulk recruitment, sourcing, screening, and joining formalities as per manpower requirements.
- Manage and supervise bulk manpower/employees deployed at client locations.
- Monitor daily employee attendance, absenteeism, late coming, and shift schedules.
- Handle and resolve biometric/punching-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams whenever required.
- Address employee queries, concerns, and day-to-day workplace problems.
- Coordinate with employees and management to ensure smooth operations on the production floor.
- - Maintain proper records of employee joining, attendance, shifts, absenteeism, and deployment.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly manpower and attendance reports.
- Coordinate manpower deployment according to production and shift requirements.
- Ensure employees report to their assigned shifts and work locations on time.
- Maintain discipline and professional conduct among employees.
- Coordinate with client HR/management regarding manpower requirements and employee-related issues.
- Follow up on employee onboarding(documentation, Registration) other HR processes.
- Identify manpower shortages and arrange replacements/recruitment on priority.
- Maintain accurate HR and employee data in Excel/MIS or relevant systems.
- Support smooth coordination between employees, client management, and internal HR teams.
- Ensure all HR operations and workforce activities are carried out smoothly on the floor.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
- Experience: 1–5 years in HR Operations / Manpower Handling / Recruitment / Factory HR / Workforce Management.
- Experience in handling bulk manpower will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of attendance, shifts, biometric systems, and employee coordination.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple employees and resolve issues efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR/MIS reporting.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
- Candidate should be comfortable coordinating with employees, supervisors, and client HR teams.
