Key Responsibilities:Manpower Planning & DeploymentCheck daily attendance and ensure sufficient manpower availability for all departments.Allocate and deploy workers according to production or departmental requirements.Monitor absenteeism and maintain overtime records.Recruitment & Joining ProcessAssist in screening and verifying new candidates.Handle documentation, ID card preparation, and joining formalities.Coordinate with HR and contractors for manpower supply.Record ManagementMaintain attendance registers, ID card records, and employee files.Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports.Discipline & ComplianceEnsure workers follow company rules, policies, and safety procedures.Monitor behavior, attendance, and discipline on the shop floor.Coordination & CommunicationAct as a link between HR, department heads, and contractors.Report manpower shortages, shift changes, and absentee updates promptly.
