Full-Cycle Management: Manage the entire inventory journey—from arrival at the warehouse to the moment it’s listed on e-commerce platforms.
Health Metrics: Keep stock levels "lean but sufficient," ensuring we never run out of bestsellers or over-invest in dead stock.
Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in damages or returns and fix the root causes of inventory leakage.
System Organization: Maintain a high standard of warehouse organization, including precise labeling and optimized storage categorization.
Reporting: Transform raw stock data into actionable daily and monthly performance reports.
