Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end inventory management across warehouses and e-commerce platforms.
Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving items.
Monitor and reconcile stock discrepancies, damages, and returns.
Implement inventory control processes to reduce shrinkage, wastage, and overstocking.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams for smooth operations.
Generate and analyze inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support business decisions.
Ensure proper product labeling, categorization, and storage practices.
Track product lifecycle and suggest clearance plans for slow-moving or obsolete stock.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Manage and guide the inventory team (executives, associates) for effective workflow.
