                              Checklist of Stock Incharge

Job Responsibilities are:-

•   Manage and maintain the company’s stock inventory including tracking and overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments.

•  Responsible for Preparation of 4 days camp 1 day in advance.

•  Responsible for dispatching orders on a daily basis.

•  Check with Amazon, Flipkart platforms and Website for received orders.

•  To work and stay in 4 days residential camp or one day outdoor session in Delhi or outside Delhi and no extra emoluments will be paid on this account.

•  Generate and analyze stock reports, noting any discrepancies and investigating causes

•  Submitting purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) to internal databases.

•  Keep updated inventory records.

•  Any other task assigned by undersigned/management in the office/camp.

Requirements:-

• Must have minimum high school qualification required.

• Must have experience in Inventory or warehouse management.

• Knowledge of stock control technique and stock auditing.

• Ability to lift and move stock.

• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
