Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across all storage locations.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.

• Develop and implement efficient inventory control procedures.

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

• Forecast future inventory needs based on sales trends and seasonal demands.

• Collaborate with purchasing and logistics departments to ensure timely restocking.

• Optimize inventory turnover and reduce obsolete or slow-moving items.

• Manage and train inventory staff to ensure compliance with company procedures.

• Generate inventory reports and present findings to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
