Inventory Manager

*Company is in Manufacturing Industry of Personal Care Product & Healthcare Product. It is a MNC Company having its Corporate Office at Vasant Kunj Delhi & Manufacturing Units at Manesar Location.

*Job Description of Store Inventory Manager Profile*

*Stock Monitor & Control:* Maintain real-time inventory record of raw material, packaging, & finished good, using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) to manage shelf-life-sensitive personal care products

*Demand Forecast:* Collaborate with procurement & production teams to forecast inventory requirements based on sales trends, promotions, & seasonal demand to avoid stockouts or excess inventory

*Audit & Accuracy:* Conduct regular physical inventory audit & cycle counts to ensure physical stock matches system data

*Supplier Coordination:* Liaise with vendors to manage raw material replenishment, resolve delivery issues, and ensure on-time delivery

*Compliance & Hygiene:* Ensure storage condition meet GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) & safety standard

*Waste Reduction:* Identify, track, & manage slow-moving, damaged, or expired stock to minimize obsolescence & financial losses

*Report:* Generate MIS reports regard stock level, inventory turnover rates, & aging inventory

*Should have good knowledge of Tally Software*
