Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify the goods, services, or works required by the company.

• Conduct research and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, reliability, and pricing.

• Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the most cost-effective deals.

• Prepare and manage purchase orders in line with the company’s budget and needs.

• Monitor and track orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent quality, punctual delivery, and compliance with contract terms.

• Review and manage the company’s overall procurement strategy.

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with applicable laws and internal policies.

• Maintain and update supplier databases including qualifications, delivery schedules, and product ranges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain roles (preferably in healthcare or diagnostics sector).

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement-related software.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
