1. BOH (Back of House) Staff
Main Responsibility:
Maintain stock organization and support store operations behind the scenes.
Detailed Role Explanation:
· Report to the Store Inventory Head.
· Manage stock keeping — organize, label, and track inventory in the stockroom.
· Retrieve merchandise from racks for runners/sales staff.
· Handle loading and unloading of stock deliveries.
· Assist in merchandising — setting up displays, replenishing items on the shop floor.
· Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the BOH area to ensure efficiency.
Skills/Expectations:
· Physically fit (lifting, unloading, moving stock).
· Organized and detail-oriented (stock management requires accuracy).
· Ability to work in coordination with sales and runner staff.
· Basic inventory knowledge (FIFO – First In, First Out, stock counting)__
