Hiring for Inventory Executive at Ugaoo
Location: Hyderabad – Secunderabad / Kothapet
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels; process and track purchase orders
- Track inbound and outbound orders; maintain GRN, putaway, and gate pass
- Manage stock fulfillment on a regular basis
- Daily, weekly, and monthly inventory analysis to identify trends and shortages
- Physical stock count and reconciliation with system-generated reports every month
- Quality checks on received POs; monitor packaging and unpackaging
- File claims for defective products; coordinate with Customer Delight, Order Processing, and Logistics teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in inventory management
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
