• Designation: Inventory Executive

• Education: 12th Pass to Graduate

• Experience: 1–5 Years of relevant inventory experience

• Job Location: Gota – Vandematram City, Ahmedabad

• Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 CTC per month

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

• Weekly Off: Sunday

• Expected Joining : ASAP / Immidiates – or Max 15 to 20 days Notice

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock details regularly.

2. Monitor daily stock inward and outward movements.

3. Verify received goods against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.

4. Ensure proper stock storage, labelling, and product identification.

5. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.

6. Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and report low-stock items.

7. Coordinate with purchase, sales, warehouse, and store teams for smooth inventory operations.

8. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

9. Monitor damaged, defective, missing, and returned goods and maintain proper records.

10. Ensure proper documentation of stock transfers between locations or departments.

11. Maintain inventory data in Excel, ERP, or inventory management software.

12. Support internal stock audits and implement measures to prevent inventory loss.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills.

• Ability to manage stock records and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
