Job Description – Store Executive

Position: Store Executive

Experience: 3–4 Years / 4–5 Years

Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Job Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day •store and warehouse operations••.

Handle •receipt, inspection, storage, and issue of materials••.

Maintain accurate •stock records and inventory reports••.

Ensure proper •material tagging, stacking, and storage••.

Prepare and maintain •GRN, stock registers, issue slips, and material records••.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate for •timely material requirements••.

Conduct regular •physical stock verification•• and reconcile discrepancies.

Coordinate with •Purchase, Production, Projects, and Accounts•• teams.

• Ensure proper documentation for all inward and outward materials.

Maintain •5S, safety, cleanliness, and discipline•• within the store.

Handle •Tally/ERP or inventory management software•• for stock entries.

• Identify slow-moving, damaged, or excess inventory and report to management.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.

• 3–5 years of experience in Store/Warehouse Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Good knowledge of •inventory management and stock control••.

Working knowledge of •MS Excel and Tally/ERP••.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple store activities efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
