  • Maintain and update inventory records using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

  • Track goods movement including PO, PI, GRN, dispatches, and inward/outward stock

  • Perform stock audits and ensure accuracy in inventory data

  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for timely material movement

  • Support order processing, packing, and dispatch activities

  • Maintain documentation related to inventory and warehouse processes
