Job Summary:

The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely stock availability, and supporting overall warehouse operations. The role demands attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system (ERP/software).

• Conduct daily stock audits and periodic physical verification.

• Coordinate with purchase, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure proper stock movement.

• Monitor stock levels and highlight discrepancies or shortages.

• Manage inward and outward stock movement documentation.

• Assist in inventory forecasting and reorder planning.

• Maintain proper labeling, categorization, and storage of inventory.

• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

• Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective measures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain management.

• Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/SAP/Tally, etc.).

• Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing industry.

• Familiarity with barcode/RFID systems.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
