Job Title: Inventory Executive

Department: Supply Chain / Warehouse / Operations

Reports To: Senior Inventory Manager / Operations Head

Location: Gujrat, Kim

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on interview performance)

Employment Type: 9:00am-6:00pm

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher to join our team as a Junior Inventory Manager / Inventory Executive in karanj Gujrat. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in Inventory & Supply Chain Management.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels.

· Perform daily cycle counts and physical stock verification.

· Support receiving, inspecting, and storing of incoming goods.

· Update inventory data in Excel / ERP system.

· Track stock movement and report discrepancies.

· Help prepare daily/weekly inventory reports.

· Assist in managing slow-moving and obsolete stock.

· Coordinate with purchase and warehouse teams.

· Follow all inventory and safety procedures.

Requirements (For Freshers)

1. 12 pass out, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field.

2. Fresher (0–1 year experience).

3. Good knowledge of MS Excel.

4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

5. Good communication skills.

6. Willing to learn and work in a team.

Preferred

Local candidates from Factory Unit, Plot No. 5/A, 5/B/1, 5/B/2 & 5/C, Karanj, Taluka Mandvi, District Surat – 394530, Gujarat. preferred.

Any internship in warehouse/inventory will be an advantage.
