Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory across all clinic locations.
- Regularly travel to different clinics in Mumbai for stock checks and inventory management.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, inward/outward movement, and consumption.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Coordinate stock transfers between clinics as required.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Handle basic administrative and operational responsibilities for the clinics.
- Maintain invoices, bills, and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain all the records in the company software
- Should be tech-savvy.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for purchase and expense-related entries.
- Prepare regular inventory and administrative reports for management.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of clinic products and supplies.
- Assist the Head of Operations with operational, administrative, and coordination-related tasks whenever required.
- Support the Head of Operations in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across clinic locations
