Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of stock (stones/gems/jewelry items).

• Update daily entries of purchased and sold stock in inventory software/register.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

• Verify incoming and outgoing material with proper documentation (invoices, challans, bills).

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.

• Assist in preparing inventory reports for management.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of stock.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of inventory management & MS Excel/software.

• Attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

• Previous experience in inventory/store management (preferred).

• Trustworthy, disciplined, and organized personality.
