Maintain and update daily stock records in ERP/WMS systems.

Monitor incoming & outgoing material and ensure timely documentation (GRN, DC, invoices).

Perform stock reconciliation—system vs. physical—and resolve discrepancies.

Coordinate with procurement, stores, production, and dispatch teams.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and identification of materials.

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly inventory reports.

Conduct regular cycle counting & physical stock audits.

Track slow-moving, non-moving, and short-expiry stock.

Handle return material entry and documentation.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety & quality standards.

Assist in optimization of space utilization in the warehouse.

Strong knowledge of inventory management & warehouse operations.

Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).

Good MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PIVOT, etc.).

Analytical skills & problem-solving ability.

Documentation & data accuracy focus.

Good communication and coordination skills.
