Inventory Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to manage tools/Instruments and inventory control at our workshop. The role involves issuing tools and measuring instruments to workers, maintaining proper records, monitoring tool usage, and ensuring availability of stock.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue and receive tools and instruments from workers daily

Maintain a proper tool issue/return register (manual or digital)

Track and record inventory levels of tools, inserts, and consumables

Ensure safe storage and proper identification of tools

Report missing or damaged tools and coordinate replacements

Support purchase team with inventory needs

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of workshop tools and industrial items

Strong record-keeping and organizational skills

Familiarity with Excel or inventory software is a plus
