Roles and Responsibilities:

· Stock analysis: understand and analyze the market, collect sales forecast demand, make stock plan and submit it to the HQ for approval, enter the system stock purchase order and follow up the production progress;

· Responsible for order booking' order interception (KIPL+GDKL+sample) order change,return process processing and abnormal coordination;

· Responsible for updating the GDKL warehouse, special warehouse details, and follow up with sales team for dispatch;

· Responsible for following up the data of GDKL dead stock and cooperating with the sales area to clean up;

· Responsible for daily order interception & analysis monthly twice

· Analyze whether the special stock is reasonable, assist the sales to submit the special stock process, follow up the special stock process to place orders and follow up the sales team for dispatch after arriving at the warehouse.

· VIP client visit for their demand and order stock clearance

· take part in stock warehouse audit

· B grade city and clients visit and support sales team regarding stock

 Qualification

· MBA in supply chain management (pursuing)

· Bachelor of Commerce

· Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management

· IATA & International Air Cargo Management

· Diploma in Finance & Advanced Accounting Tally

Certificates

· MS-CIT/MS Office

· Google Data Analytics

· Inventory Management
