*Job Title: Inventory Executive*
*Role Overview*
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage all grocery and F&B stock at our club. You’ll make sure the right items are always available, wastage is low, and records are 100% accurate.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Stock Management*: Track daily/weekly inventory of groceries, dry goods, beverages, and kitchen supplies
- *Receiving & Checking*: Verify incoming deliveries against POs and invoices. Check quality, quantity, expiry dates
- *Stocking & Storage*: Ensure FIFO/FEFO is followed. Keep store room clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards
- *Stock Audits*: Conduct regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and monthly audits. Investigate and report discrepancies
- *Reorder & POs*: Monitor stock levels and raise purchase orders before items run out. Coordinate with vendors/suppliers
- *Reporting*: Maintain accurate records in Excel/inventory software. Share daily stock reports, wastage reports, and consumption reports with management
- *Cost Control*: Minimize pilferage, damage, and expiry loss. Suggest ways to optimize stock holding
- *Coordination*: Work closely with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping teams for their material requests
*Requirements*
- *Experience*: 1-3 years in inventory/stores, preferably in club, hotel, restaurant, or retail grocery
- *Skills*: Strong in Excel/Google Sheets. Basic knowledge of inventory software is a plus
