Inventory Executive

Designation: Inventory & Logistics Executive

Location: Borivali East

Key Responsibilities :

1. Stock Management (Raw Material & Finished Goods)

• Maintain accurate records of raw material and finished goods stock

• Update daily stock movement in Google Sheets

• Ensure stock accuracy through regular reconciliation

• Monitor minimum stock levels and highlight shortages proactively

2. Raw Material Procurement Coordination

• Track raw material availability and consumption

• Update the Purchase Manager regarding raw material requirements

• Share timely inputs for procurement planning to avoid stock-outs

• Track raw material status from order to receipt

3. Logistics & Dispatch Management

• Manage logistics for:

o Customer orders

o Online orders

o Event materials

• Coordinate Porter bookings and other logistics partners

• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials

• Maintain dispatch and delivery records.

4. Coordination with Sales & Production Teams

• Coordinate with Sales Team regarding dispatch schedules and order fulfillment

• Update Production Team about materials required for production

• Identify gaps between orders and stock and ensure timely material availability

• Ensure production planning aligns with sales demand

5. Event Material Coordination

• Coordinate with the Events Team for event material requirements

• Ensure event materials are arranged, packed, and dispatched on time

• Track return of event materials, if applicable.
