Key Responsibilities

Inventory Tracking & Control: Monitor stock levels of raw materials, unfinished goods, or retail merchandise using modern inventory software and ERP systems.
Demand Forecasting: Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal demands to accurately forecast future supply needs.
Procurement & Vendor Management: Create purchase orders, manage vendor relationships, and track shipments to guarantee timely replenishment of supplies.
Auditing & Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical inventory audits (cycle counts) to verify that digital system records match actual on-hand stock, resolving discrepancies.
Warehouse Coordination: Supervise warehouse personnel or inventory clerks, ensuring safe, organized, and space-optimized storage of goods.
Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports for upper management outlining stock turnover, dead stock, and holding costs.
