Job Description – Inventory Executive
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Executive to oversee inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure seamless coordination with vendors, dealers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sound knowledge of inventory processes, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain inventory records with accuracy and efficiency
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials
Organize and maintain stock materials systematically within the warehouse/store
Coordinate with vendors for follow-ups, material dispatches, and inventory-related activities
Maintain professional communication with dealers and support order-related coordination
Track stock movement, prepare inventory reports, and update documentation regularly
Ensure proper recording of inward and outward material transactions
Utilize computer systems and MS Excel for inventory tracking, reporting, and data management
Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation activities
Ensure adherence to company processes and inventory control standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic proficiency in computers and MS Excel
Strong organizational and record-management abilities
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management
Prior experience in an export-oriented company will be an added advantage
