Warehouse & Inventory Executive

Location: Khasra No 108/17, Industrial Area Mundka, West Delhi New Delhi - 110041, India

Job Role:
We are hiring a Warehouse & Inventory Executive to manage stock records, dispatch operations, and warehouse data for engine oil, grease, and lubricant products.

Responsibilities:

Maintain stock records of all products
Handle inward & outward entries
Manage dispatch as per sales orders
Coordinate with transporters
Maintain data in Excel & Google Sheets
Prepare daily/monthly stock & dispatch reports
Conduct stock verification & reconciliation

Requirements:

2–5 years experience in Warehouse / Inventory / Logistics
Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas)
Good knowledge of Google Sheets
Experience in B2B dispatch preferred
Basic ERP knowledge (preferred)
