Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory records, stock movement, and material handling. The candidate must have practical knowledge of stock inward and outward, inventory control, physical stock verification, and warehouse documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily warehouse operations and inventory activities.
• Handle stock inward and outward and maintain accurate stock records.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
• Ensure proper recording of goods received, issued, dispatched, and returned.
• Maintain updated inventory records in Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP software.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, and damaged materials.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and arrangement of materials.
• Coordinate with purchase, production, sales, dispatch, and logistics teams.
• Prepare daily stock reports, inward/outward registers, and inventory summaries.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) practices wherever applicable.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate or relevant qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of stock inward, stock outward, and inventory control.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience maintaining stock registers and inventory reports.
• Knowledge of ERP or inventory management software will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Preferred Candidate
A candidate who can independently manage stock in, stock out, inventory records, physical stock verification, and daily warehouse reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
