Key Responsibilities:
Stock Management: Monitor daily stock, conduct audits, reconcile discrepancies, set reorder points, and maintain optimal levels.
Data & Reporting: Create reports on inventory, transactions, and adjustments; update databases; analyze usage trends.
Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with suppliers for deliveries and quality, coordinate with logistics for shipments, and manage carrier relations.
Warehouse Operations: Ensure efficient storage, handling, and movement of goods, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement new technologies for better efficiency.
Essential Skills:
Strong analytical, data entry, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with inventory management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team/supplier interaction.
