Job Description

Inventory Control & Record Keeping

Track Stock Movement: Maintain daily inward and outward logs for raw materials and finished garments.
Documentation: Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), stock issue slips, and delivery challans.
System Updates: Input data into ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or Excel sheets to ensure real-time visibility.

2. Warehousing & Store Management

Proper Storage: Implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) practices to prevent fabric aging.
Labeling & Organization: Ensure all SKUs, fabric batches, and garment boxes are properly tagged, barcoded, and organized.
Quality & Safety: Maintain store cleanliness and monitor safety regulations (like fire hazards in textile environments)

3. Auditing & Reporting

Physical Audits: Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconciliations to identify discrepancies or shrinkage.
