The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate stock levels of all items, ensuring timely replenishment, and minimizing stock variances. This role involves coordination with procurement, kitchen, and store teams to ensure smooth inventory operations and control.
Monitor daily stock levels of raw materials, packaging items, and finished goods.
Record stock movements (inward/outward) accurately in inventory software or records.
Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system stock.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports and highlight discrepancies.
Coordinate with suppliers, kitchen, and warehouse teams for timely deliveries and transfers.
Maintain proper storage, labeling, and FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
Report damaged, expired, or slow-moving items to management.
Ensure all stock transactions are recorded in accordance with SOPs.
Support cost control and waste reduction initiatives.
