Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and ad hoc cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).

• Report audit findings, stock variances, and potential issues to management.

• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to verify correct item counts.

• Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and replenishment teams to ensure inventory integrity.

• Assist in developing and improving inventory control procedures.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

• Use scanners, spreadsheets, and other tools to record data accurately
