We are looking for a Inventory Eecutive to join our team at . This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Operational Oversight: Lead the end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch protocols.
2) Data Reconciliation: Perform daily or weekly reconciliations between physical stock levels and the digital inventory management system
3) Centralized Oversight: Maintain a bird’s-eye view of stock levels across all company warehouses and retail stores, ensuring that inventory is balanced according to local demand.
4) Inventory Audit: Monitor and audit the stock transfer process between warehouses and retail outlets to identify and resolve discrepancies immediately.
5) Real-Time Verification: Implement a strict "physical-count-on-dispatch" policy to ensure that every item leaving the warehouse matches the invoice or transfer order exactly before it is loaded.
6) Quality Check (QC): Visual inspection of items during the outward & Inward process to confirm that no damaged or incorrect products are sent/receive to/from stores or customers.
7) Stock Transfer Protocols: Manage and authorize "Store-to-Store" and "Warehouse-to-Store" transfers, ensuring that every movement is posted immediately in the system to maintain real-time data integrity.
Job Requirements:
1) A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2) Have minimum 1+ year experience in Inventory Management
3) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze stock levels and forecasting trends.
4) Familiarity with HSN/SAC codes, GST compliance
5) Experience in organizing and executing large-scale physical stock-takes and cycle counts.
6) Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time.
