Job Description – Inventory Executive

Company: Aeidth Technologies Private Limited

Location: B-145, Block B, Phase-2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201305

Position: Inventory Executive

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Tally Prime / BUSY mein purchase, sales & inventory entries maintain karna.
Stock inward/outward aur inventory records maintain karna.
Purchase bills, delivery challan & related documents check/update karna.
Physical stock aur system stock ka reconciliation karna.
Stock summary & inventory reports prepare karna.
Vendor/customer ledger reconciliation mein support karna.
Excel/Google Sheets mein inventory data maintain karna.
Daily inventory records properly updated rakhna.

Required Skills:

Tally Prime & BUSY ka practical knowledge mandatory.
Purchase & sales entry ka good knowledge.
Inventory management ka basic understanding.
MS Excel / Google Sheets ka basic knowledge.
Good communication & coordination skills.
1–2 years relevant experience preferred.
