Job Title: Export Documentation Executive (International Logistics)

Location: Mohan Nagar Ghaziabad

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹ 35,000 ( Based on Experience and skills)

Experience : 2 to 3 year in Manufacturing FMCG freight forwarding/logistics pricing

Qualification: Graduate

Gender Preference: Both

Week Off: Sunday

Shift Timing: 9:30AM to 6:30PM

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of international logistics (air & sea)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and email handling

• Export documentation knowledge

• Coordination & follow-up skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare export documents (Invoice, BL, COO, etc.)

• Coordinate with shipping lines, CHAs, and transporters

• Ensure customs & regulatory compliance

• Handle Letter of credit (LC) documentation and bank submissions

• Track shipments and update clients

• Maintain document records and filing

• Generate shipping bills and BRCs

• Prepare MIS and shipment reports

• Respond to client documentation queries
