Import Export Freight Forwarding Executive

We are looking for a Freight Forwarding & Logistics Documentation and Pricing Executive to manage shipment documentation, coordinate with customers and vendors, and prepare freight quotations for domestic and international logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Shipping Bill, and other logistics-related documents.

• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customs brokers, and customers.

• Prepare freight quotations and pricing proposals for air, sea, and road shipments.

• Negotiate freight rates with carriers and service providers.

• Track shipments and provide status updates to customers.

• Ensure compliance with export-import regulations and documentation requirements.

• Maintain records of shipments, pricing, and customer communications.

• Resolve documentation and shipment-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Import-Export Documentation, and Pricing.

• Familiarity with shipping procedures and logistics operations.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Air Freight, Sea Freight, or Customs Documentation.

• Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade procedures.

• Strong analytical and pricing skills.
