Job Description

• Handle end-to-end import shipments (Sea Freight & Air Freight).
• Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, CFS, and customs clearance teams.
• Monitor shipment movements and provide timely status updates to customers.
• Check and process shipping documents including BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, Arrival Notice, and Delivery Orders.
Generate new import business through client visits, telecalling, emails, networking, and references.
• Develop and maintain relationships with importers and corporate customers.
• Prepare and submit competitive freight quotations for Sea Freight and Air Freight imports.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed shipments.
• Coordinate with overseas agents for freight rates and business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
