Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Sea Import Operations Executive with hands-on experience in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of sea import operations and a client-focused approach to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sea import operations, including documentation and coordination with shipping lines, transporters, and customs.

• Handle client service interactions and ensure timely updates and resolutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry and shipment tracking.

• Ensure compliance with all import regulations and company policies.

• Prepare reports and update clients on shipment statuses.

• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in the freight forwarding industry.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in sea import operations is a must.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written.

• Customer service-oriented with the ability to manage and resolve issues professionally.

• Proficient in MS Office and logistics software/tools.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
