Job Description: -
• Supply Chain Coordination:
Oversee the entire supply chain process, coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers,
distributors, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Shipment & Transportation Management:
Plan, track, and manage the timely and accurate delivery of goods and materials, selecting
appropriate carriers and negotiating rates.
• Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy, availability, and proper stock levels.
• Process Optimization:
Analyze logistics operations to identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to improve
efficiency and reduce costs.
• Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that all logistics activities comply with relevant industry regulations, standards, and
international trade agreements.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to
stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, external partners, and
suppliers.
• Documentation & Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all shipments, deliveries, and related documents.
Qualifications & Skills :-
• Education:
Bachelor's degree and knowledge about (Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business
Administration, or a related field).
• Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Excel.
