Job Description

Job Title: Export Operations & Logistics Specialist
Location: Aligarh (On-site)
Experience: 3–6 Years
Industry: E-commerce / Export Logistics

We are looking for a hands-on Export Operations & Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end export shipments. This role includes warehouse inventory management, export documentation (CSB-V), customs coordination, and freight handling (FedEx & forwarders).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage warehouse stock, inventory accuracy, and dispatch readiness
Prepare export documents: invoices, packing lists, CSB-V, KYC/IEC
Coordinate with CHA for customs clearance
Handle courier shipments, airway bills, labels, and tracking
Work with freight forwarders for bulk shipments
Ensure accurate and timely order dispatch

Requirements:

3–6 years experience in export logistics
Strong knowledge of export documentation & customs processes
Experience with courier exports (FedEx, etc.)
Inventory/warehouse handling experience
Good communication and attention to detail

Preferred:

Ecommerce/D2C export experience
ERP knowledge (ERPNext training provided)

Note: This is an ownership role, not just coordination. Flexible working hours based
on dispatch schedules.
