Import Export Executive

• Coordinate end-to-end import activities from China including purchase orders, shipment tracking, and documentation.

• Liaise with Chinese suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to ensure timely deliveries.

• Prepare and verify import documentation (Bill of Entry, Invoice, Packing List, LC, HS Codes, etc.).

• Monitor shipment schedules, track cargo movement, and ensure smooth customs clearance.

• Negotiate freight rates, shipping terms, and logistics costs with vendors and agents.

• Maintain updated records of import shipments, vendor database, and payment schedules.

• Support management in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving sourcing efficiency.

• Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in imports.
