Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Import Export Executive to handle and coordinate day-to-day import and export activities. The candidate will be responsible for documentation, shipment coordination, communication with clients/suppliers, and maintaining proper records.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle import and export documentation and records.

• Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, etc.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, customs agents and shipping companies.

• Track import/export shipments and provide updates.

• Communicate with international clients, suppliers and vendors through email and phone.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.

• Maintain shipment and customer-related data in Excel/ERP.

• Follow up on pending documents, shipments and payments.

• Ensure that import/export processes are completed on time.

• Assist in handling customs and logistics-related activities.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of Import & Export procedures.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Good email drafting and communication skills.

• Documentation and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Basic English reading and writing skills.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple parties.

Qualification

• 12th pass

• Freshers with good communication and willingness to learn can apply.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, organized, good at follow-ups, and willing to learn Import-Export operations.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
