Import Export Executive

• Handle end-to-end import & export documentation (LC, BL, invoices, packing list, & others shipping docs).

• Coordinate with importer/exporter, shipping lines, CHA,

• Track shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery.

• Maintain and update import records and MIS reports.

§  Follow Up with Clients for payments

§  Maintaining database of suppliers & Clients

§  Creating and sharing of Debit notes

§  Sales & Shipment report in sync with Sales Team

§  On boarding process of new suppliers & clients

§  Vendor management

§  Constant Knowledge Up gradation.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Preferred Industry

§  Must be ideally from the Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Polymers, Lubricants &Solar or Import-export industry with knowledge of managing complete backend

§  Understanding on Chemical & Polymers and Petrochemical products will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications

Min. Bachelor’s Degree (Along with Diploma in import & export would be preferred/handy)

Experience

Having experience in operations for minimum 1 to 2 years

We can also consider Freshers as Trainee.

Technologically savvy

General Skills

Competency in English

Efficient communication skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations

Computer knowledge with Excel, Word, Email Drafting, Chatgpt (AI) etc.
