Import Export Executive

Hiring a highly efficient who can independently manage import-export operations, accounts, and client coordination.

⚠️ DO NOT APPLY IF:

• You do not have experience in chemicals industry

• You have only data entry or basic accounting background

• You are not comfortable handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Core Responsibilities:

• Complete handling of import/export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, LC, COO, etc.)

• Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, and suppliers

• Strong client follow-up for orders, dispatch, and payments (no passive attitude)

• Handling banking work (LC, remittances, document submission)

• Managing invoicing, purchase entries, and basic accounts (Tally/GST)

• Tracking shipment status, order execution, and outstanding payments

• Ensuring zero-error documentation and timely execution

Mandatory Requirements (Strict):

• Minimum 1–5 years experience in chemicals import/export or trading company

• Hands-on knowledge of export/import documentation (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Working knowledge of accounts, GST, and invoicing

• Strong MS Excel skills

• Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and follow-ups aggressively
