Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Export–Import Executive to manage international shipments, documentation, and coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities. The candidate will ensure smooth import and export operations while complying with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle export and import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, etc.).

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.

Manage international shipments and track delivery schedules.

Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade policies.

Communicate with overseas clients and suppliers regarding orders and shipment status.

Prepare and maintain records of transactions and logistics documents.

Monitor import/export costs and shipping timelines.

Resolve issues related to shipping delays or customs clearance.
