Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and maintain import and export documents, including:
o Commercial Invoice o Packing List
o Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
o Certificate of Origin
o Insurance documents
o Shipping Bills and Bills of Entry

• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, FEMA, and EXIM policy requirements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Customs House Agents), shipping lines, and airlines for shipment execution.
• Track shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery.
• Handle export incentives and schemes such as RoDTEP, Drawback, Advance Authorization, etc.
• Maintain records for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Liaise with banks for LC (Letter of Credit), bank realization certificates (BRC), and other trade finance documentation.
• Resolve discrepancies in documentation and customs queries.
• Update management with shipment status and documentation reports.
