Job Summary
We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Import Export Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The candidate will assist in handling import and export documentation, shipment coordination, courier handling, and communication with vendors and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain import/export documents
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and courier companies
Handle invoice, packing list, shipping bill, and BOE documentation
Track shipments and update internal teams
Coordinate with vendors and transporters
Maintain records in Excel and ERP system
Follow up for shipment status and delivery
Ensure compliance with customs and company procedures
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Import Export process

Knowledge of Excel and email drafting
Documentation handling knowledge
