JD -

PO Generation and Documentation.

• Timely submission of all required documents to the relevant authorities before paper filling process, such as

customs, port authorities, CHA and Banks within before Shipment Custom Clearance Process and ensure:

• Track containers with shipping lines from Port of Loading (POL) to Port of Destination (POD) till arrival at

Inland Container Depot (ICD) and update in master sheet.

• Shipment Document Review.

• Payment Schedule Intimation for Import Consignments.

• Capture Document Lodgments Process with Banks

• Effective Inter-Departmental Coordination.

• DGFT Registration.

• KYC Documentation and Filing

• Good verbal & written communication skills
