Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in complete export & domestic logistics of menthol, mint oils, and essential oils.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and transporters for CIF, FOB, and DDP shipments.
• Ensure timely documentation: Invoice, Packing List, BL, Certificate of Origin, Fumigation, shipping documentation etc.
• Handle DGFT, customs clearance, port formalities, and buyer-specific compliance.
• Monitor container tracking, dispatch planning, and end-to-end supply chain.
• Coordinate with production and sales teams for timely dispatch.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing goods, drum counts, and warehouse stocks.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Deep understanding of export documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email correspondence, and ERP systems.
